Staff members were helping as needed. The property needs to be repaired/ maintained. The room had broken bed, uncomfortable mattress and worn out couch and chairs. Closet and bathroom were not cleaned (found hairs……). Great kitchen and nice space at all. The staff members helped us in fixing the bed and the mattress. The other odd thing is that I booked via Expedia a one bedroom with two beds ( one for us, and separate bed to our child), but they gave us a room with a single bed inside ( not a big deal, but our child was not happy with it)

Rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Carpet smelled like urine. Couches had stains. Not worth the price. Unit needs renovation. Old furniture. We didn't even get housekeeping. Our housekeeping service was skipped. Lady did not understand English. We asked her to come back later and she never showed up.

"Ran out of Kleenex day one - had to go to desk and request some toilet paper day two . Thank goodness, they did put some dry towels in unit on our day two, but couldn’t be bothered to take out used, wet towels. Room floor needed sweeping upon arrival. At the high price, expected better!!"
